SEGGER offers a non-commercial-use package of J-Link (J-Link NCU), which includes:

• J-Link ARM
• A license for J-Link GDB Server
• A license for Flash download (FlashDL)
• A license for Flash breakpoints (FlashBP)

J-Link NCU is available at a discounted price of 98 Euro for everybody who does not use the software to develop a product for sale. The offer includes free use of the GDB Server, Flash download and Flash breakpoints. The only limitation is that it may not be used to develop a product. J-Link NCU is only available directly from SEGGER, not through distribution.

J-Link NCU is sold to private persons, Colleges, Schools, Universities and NPOs (Non Profit Organizations) for non-commercial purposes only. It is not sold to companies. Sale to private persons is limited to one unit per person. SEGGER reserves the right to deny this offer to anybody in case of doubt that this unit is used for non-commercial-use.
